Besides my family, hiking is the thing I’m most passionate about in life. In the mountains is where I find peace and clarity as well as freedom and adventure. I feel incredibly fortunate to have convenient access to such beautiful mountains on a daily basis. Having this access has not only grown my love for hiking but has also helped me develop a vast knowledge of the mountains and what it takes to be an elite hiker. The purpose of this blog is to share that love and knowledge with anyone within reach.

I log a lot of miles each week with my hiking, especially during the summer, and I attribute my ability to do so to 3 things: high-quality nutritional supplements, proper gear, and a passion for freedom and adventure.

I’ve recently decided to log miles towards a specific goal. I am attempting to hike 500 miles in 90-days while focusing on my overall health and strength.
